I Help People and Teams Become All They're Meant to Be.
Let’s cut to the heart of it:
The secret to achieving your dreams, performing at your peak, and experiencing life to the full is not about finding the perfect life management system, or performance program, or high tech tool that will finally set you on the path to lasting success. It’s not about status. It’s not about titles. It’s not about privilege or power or the trappings of these things.
It’s about finding out who you really are.
Performance tools and management systems are great as far as they go. They can help us rise for a time. But until you discover down deep in your bones just who you really are and start living from that resonant center, none of those other systems of support will last. Even a stone can fly for a short time if you throw it hard enough. But knowing who you really are is what gives you wings to soar.
This is true for a person. This is true for a team. This is true for an organization. We can never live beyond who or what we believe ourselves to be.
My passion and purpose in life is to help people, teams and organizations become everything they are meant to be. I help them reconnect to their highest identity and deepest purpose, and unleash the passion to pursue that vision with all of their heart. I do this through coaching individuals and teams, through retreats, trainings and other group experiences, as well as through my writing.
I especially love to work with spiritually-minded leaders, influencers, artists and their teams—visionaries who know they have a gift to offer and are committed to bringing it fully to the world.
MY BACKGROUND:
I started coaching in 2003 after graduating from the renowned Co-Active Institute, and quickly went on to get advanced training in Relationship Systems and Organizational Coaching (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship, as well as certifications in many coaching modalities and assessments, including the Leadership Circle 360, the Enneagram for Leaders and Teams, MBTI (Myers-Briggs), the Art of Alignment Process, and the Inside Team Approach. Prior to my coaching career, I worked as a trainer, curriculum developer, and managing editor for several publishing houses specializing in spiritual and leadership development. This unique background allows me to help leaders address challenges and goals in a more wholistic way—achieving strategic results while also creating a sustainable, life-giving culture that is mindful of its impact on the larger world.
If what I offer sounds like something you might need, let's talk!
