After over 25 years as an executive in corporate America and then a decade as a pastor, I've grown tired of seeing leadership done poorly. All too often we see the in-fighting and poor communication that make organizations focus on the wrong things and lack a clear strategic focus. I want to help leaders and organizations turn around that trend. I am passionate about helping people lead well. I love helping small businesses, teams and individuals succeed. I believe in frameworks and models that help guide you personally and the teams you lead.
