My approach leverages my background as a healthcare IT executive, analytics leader, MBA, and leader of many faith and community-based initiatives. My passion is to help leaders and teams clarify their authentic vision and purpose, build thriving workplaces and communities, and accomplish what they previously thought wasn’t possible.
I love to help leaders be rich in every area of life, so I'll share a bit more about myself - I live in Kansas City with my wife, Tracy, and our two sports-crazed sons. When I'm not filling up a whiteboard with a client, you might find me jogging a trail, planning a trip, or coaching a little league baseball practice.
