Ari, team member and Spiritual Director at Nuos Formation, accompanies leaders into the grounded, interior work of becoming known to themselves and to God. Trained at Talbot School of Theology's Institute for Spiritual Formation and currently pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology at Rosemead School of Psychology, Ari brings integration of spiritual direction and psychological formation to leadership development.
Over the course of this work, a pattern has emerged: leaders who lack a grounded interior life often lead from a place of anxiety, performance, or unexamined wounds. Spiritual direction and leadership development are often treated as separate disciplines — but the most effective leaders are those who have done the inner work. Ari's approach addresses not merely leadership strategy but the interior formation that makes sustainable, grounded leadership possible.
Today, Ari is devoted to accompanying leaders and emerging leaders who want to lead from a place of depth — known to themselves, present to others, and rooted in something more than productivity. Drawing on ancient practices of spiritual direction alongside contemporary insights in psychology, Ari offers a formation-centered approach to leadership development.
