Can you achieve your
company’s mission

and also flourish as
a leader?

A spiritual advisor can help you do both without sacrificing one for the other.

Being a faith driven entrepreneur or company leader is one of the hardest jobs in the world

Spiritual advisors can help lighten the load and shorten the journey.

This website is designed to encourage entrepreneurs, investors, and company leaders to consider hiring a spiritual advisor.

Demanding nature of the work

Entrepreneurs and leaders often carry immense personal responsibility, constant financial uncertainty, long hours, and the need to wear many hats.

Substantial levels of failure and success

Ventures often falter due to poor market fit, cash flow issues, team conflict, and much more. But success can mean wealth, personal growth, and long-term impact.

High levels of uncertainty and risk

Entrepreneurs and leaders often create something new in a dynamic environment with many unknowns and no guaranteed path to success.

Leader Health

The stresses of leadership can have devastating effects on personal spiritual, mental, financial, and relational health.

Meet Dr. Mark Washington, who developed this model of spiritual advising

Your Venture plays an important role in God's Redemption of all of creation.

Is it possible...

to achieve your kingdom impact goals for your company and not burn out at the same time? As an entrepreneur or company leader, the two most important things you do are make decisions and create the company culture.

Making decisions apart from God and Christian values will not help you achieve your goals.

As my friend Julie Barrios who trains spiritual directors to work with entrepreneurs says, as the leader you exhale your DNA into the company. If you are not being formed in the image of Christ, then the DNA of your company is not going to be in sync with God. Intentionality in your own inner journey and how you lead are necessary to advance God's Kingdom in your work. With all the other tasks that are required to run a company, it can be challenging to integrate your faith into your work without help.

Spiritual Advising Toolbox

It was actually not until we started having our advising sessions that I was able to really define a success metric for me that felt right I’m understanding that relationships are what really matter more than work or success.
I’ve learned a lot from the of theology of work, like being a leader isn’t necessarily always glorious; you’ve got to be able to take up suffering for people that you're working for My resiliency is higher than it’s ever been before.
With a spiritual advisor being able to ask questions and get answers that are rooted in the teachings and wisdom of God has been one of the most impactful parts of relationship.
