Mark gave our team a system and shared language to handle interpersonal issues quickly, which, because of the high-pressure nature of startups, we used a lot. Our relationships remained intact, largely due to Mark’s teaching and coaching.
…which is bringing both of us a lot more energy, leaning into our personal gifts that God gave us and how to utilize them. Since we've changed our roles, I know I've been happier, and I know he's been a lot happier. Understanding how God designed us and putting us in the right roles has been very energizing, and we’re doing that with the whole company now. That’s been very rewarding for me.
